Simply Succulent

Bought a raw ham for $.99 /lb., sprinkled it with Louisiana Cajun seasoning,
added 1/4 c. water to the dish, and put in the oven.
Baked it @ 400 for 30 minutes, then turned to 300 for 3 1/2 hrs.
During the last hour, added thin wedges of potatoes (sprinkled w/ salt),
and a bit of barbecue sauce on the meat to form a nice glaze.
That's all! Nothing fancy, nothing difficult...
but the meat was very tender and juicy,
the potatoes cooked to perfection,
and altogether a very simple and tasty meal.
