"From Scratch"

Pancakes so wonderfully fluffy will want to share with those you love!

2 c. self-rising flour  +  2 T. sugar
2 T. melted butter  +  2 eggs
1 c. milk  +  1/2 c. sour cream
blueberries (optional)

Mix flour & sugar, then add milk, melted butter, eggs & sour cream
whisking all together till lumps are eliminated.
Add oil to non-stick skillet, then drop appx. 2/3 c. of batter for each pancake.
Top w/ blueberries and let cook slowly. Then flip over to cook other side.
