Fudge Sauce

Hot Fudge Sauce

4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk   

Melt chocolate & butter in pan over low heat.
Add other ingredients and cook just until it starts boiling and sauce thickens. 
Serve immediately or pour into jars and refrigerate till needed. 
You may easily reheat in the microwave or over low heat on the stove. 
Yields 2 pints.
