Blueberry Jam

So much flavor packed into these jars, and it took less than 30 minutes! 
Following the directions on my Jel-Ease pectin package, I crushed the
1 1/2 quarts of frozen blueberries as they were heating on the stove, 
added the Jel-Ease and 2 tsp. of lemon juice, and heated to boiling. 
Next I added the 5 cups sugar, and brought back to a hearty boil, 
then boiled it for two more minutes. And that's all there was to it! 
Poured into jars and sealed to savor later... Oh yum!
