Brunch or Lunch

I think it's quite yummy any time of the day...

 
 3 c. cubed Sourdough or French Bread

2 medium potatoes, diced small
1 slice onion, diced small
1 Tbs. bell pepper, diced small
2/3 c. grated ham or 1 c. diced ham
1 c. grated cheddar

6 eggs + 1 c. milk + 1 tsp, mustard + 1 tsp. salt

Put bread into a greased 9 X 13" pyrex dish.
Cook potatoes, onion, & bell pepper in 1/4 c. butter over low heat till tender. Sprinkle this mixture over bread, then sprinkle ham over this, and then the cheese. Mix the egg mixture altogether and pour over all. Let set in refrigerator for a couple hours or overnight,
then bake @ 350 for about 30 minutes or until eggs are done.
