Bis-Crackers


Way back when children carried lunch-pails to a one-room schoolhouse,
Moms used to slice and bake day-old biscuits to make a filling snack.

I love homemade biscuits, and I love these "Bis-Crackers" just as well!
They're a perfect compliment to soups and stews.
