Times Four!


On the World Wide Web, I found this recipe for Spiced Pumpkin Bread....
I multiplied times 4! Made four batches at once and made it in small loaf pans for gifts. 
Simple, quick, and easy... 
and all the ingredients were in my pantry so I didn't have to go shopping! 



  • 29 oz. can 100% pure pumpkin puree
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1⅓ cup whole milk
  • 6 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 7 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
