Preserving The Figs


When folks let me harvest their fruits for free...
well, that is always a sweet blessing! And so 
again this year, I was able to make fig jams for 
very little cost. The lighter ones are strawberry-
fig, and the darker ones are raspberry-fig. You 
can find the recipe here. This picture includes 
4 batches...20 pints altogether.
