Fried Cornbread

A relatively thick cornbread batter fried in a skillet like pancakes. 
Oh yes!   With a light potato soup for lunch.   Just right :-) 

This batter had about 1.5 cups Aunt Jemima Cornmeal Mix, 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. water, 
1 large egg, and 1 tsp. sugar. Mix together and drop by ice cream scoop into hot oil.
