Roselle Bounty

This is part of our Sorrel / Roselle crop. I removed the seed capsule from the centers and 
froze the bright calyces to be used in smoothies or teas. They are a good source of vitamin C 
and have such pretty bold color. Since I don't really care for the tart flavor, I brew a tea and 
mix it with apple juice. In Australia, it is commonly used to make jellies.
